Dangerous Drugs Attorney

in Houston, Baytown and Galveston, Texas

We all know that in order to treat one health problem, patients must usually deal with a number of drug side effects. However, we assume these side effects will be minor and not cause long-term injury. But when prescription drugs are approved without proper testing, its anybody's guess as to what future problems may arise. Many drug companies rush products through testing, or fail to publicly acknowledge serious side effects, in order to get their products on the market, and turning a profit, as quickly as possible. When serious injury cases multiply, doctors begin to link medication use to some defect or oversight in the formula. If proper testing protocol had been followed, and manufacturers had issued public warnings, many serious injuries or deaths due to dangerous drugs could have been prevented, or the dangerous drugs may not have made it to the market and into consumers' hands. The Houston dangerous drug attorneys at Marc Whitehead & Associates know how to make drug manufacturers take responsibility for their negligence and compensate consumers.
