Read Marc Whitehead’s description of his personal experience, which drove him to become an Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney here:

As a child, I was raised by my uncle, who was as disabled Veteran. My uncle served in the United States Army during WWII in the Sicilian and Italian campaigns and in the Korean War. I witnessed firsthand the physical toll that his service to his country took upon his body as he grew older.

I also witnessed the long struggle for him to win his Veterans Disability claim. Veterans of the United States military services often suffer from service-connected disabilities. Because of this experience, I have become an Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney as required to practice law before the VA.

As I have observed first hand, service connected injuries frequently do not become severe until years after the Veteran has left the military. Unlike other disability programs that require a finding of total disability, Veterans can receive a partial disability rating and benefits while still working.

We represent Veterans at all levels within the VA disability system including claims before the VA Regional Office, the Board of Veterans' Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

A Veteran may qualify for Veterans Disability Benefits for physical or psychological impairments. Service-connected disabilities are not always incurred during combat either. To discuss your individual situation with a qualified and experienced Veterans Claim Attorney, contact Marc Whitehead & Associates today.
