Melanie Donaldson
Melanie Donaldson is a native Houstonian and graduated from North Shore High School. After attending classes at San Jacinto Jr. College she began her career performing various accounting functions for oil and gas consulting firms. Melanie joined the Law Office of Marc Whitehead in August, 1995. Melanie holds an accreditation through the National Association of Legal Secretaries. She is working towards a legal assistants certification and attends continuing legal education classes on a variety of topics including: probate, ethics legal research and writing, legal accounting, bankruptcy, legal administration as well as criminal procedures and family law. Her function at the law firm includes office management as well as litigation support.
Theresa Koltys
Theresa Koltys became a native Texan at the age of six, after a brief beginning in New Jersey. After graduating from Humble High School, she attended Stephen F. Austin University and North Harris Community College with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Legal Specialization. She joined Marc Whitehead & Associates in 1999. Theresa has primary responsibility for bankruptcy and social security files as well as securing and summarizing all medical records. She performs continuing file maintenance, which includes monitoring files with the social security administration, filing appropriate requests and preparing cases files for hearings.
